The most flexible way to travel around our region is by car or bicycle. But you can also easily travel by train.
From our hotel it is about 7 kilometers to the nearest train station, Klais/Mittenwald.

We are happy to prepare a table for guests with dogs in our hotel lobby – simply let the reception know. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.
You are welcome to charge your electric car in our underground car park for €15,00 per night.
Parking is not a problem for us. We have a free parking space in front of our house. Otherwise we offer covered parking spaces for €6,00 per night or an underground parking space for €10,00 per night.
Yes, our parking spaces in front of the house are free of charge. If you would prefer an underground parking space, we offer one for €10,00 per night.

The local spa tax is €3,00 per person per day. For children aged 11 to 15, the tax is €1,90 per child per day. Children under 11 do not have to pay a spa tax.

You can choose between 6 room categories. From cozy double rooms with mountain and village views or our suites and chalet rooms with enough space for longer stays.

All rooms include free WiFi and a welcome bottle of water. Fluffy bathrobes, a hairdryer and a minibar with a selection of chilled drinks and snacks are also provided in each room. Suites also include a coffee machine.
Unfortunately, we do not have any apartments or holiday homes. However, we do have many beautiful rooms with a view of the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountains.
At the Parkhotel Wallgau you can also use a double room as a single room.
Smoking is not permitted in our hotel. However, you are welcome to smoke on the balconies or in front of our entrance.
All of our rooms have a balcony except our double rooms with a village view.
Our rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. If it gets too warm for you, we will be happy to provide you with a fan.
Fluffy bathrobes will be waiting for you in your room upon arrival and are included in the room rate.

We do not offer any sports or personal training at our hotel. However, there are plenty of instructions for specific strength or cardio exercises available in the gym.
On the day of your departure, you can still use our wellness area all day long, even after check-out at 11 a.m. You can conveniently store your luggage at reception. Bathrobes are also available at reception, and towels are available for you in the wellness area.
Our spa is open daily from 7 a.m. to 20 p.m. The sauna area opens at 14 p.m.
In our Bavaria Spa you will find 3 different saunas: a classic sauna, a Finnish sauna and a steam bath.
Our day spa is also open to external guests from €30 per person per day. Guests enjoy access to the pool, sauna, relaxation room, and fitness area. In our hotel we offer you various culinary options:
- 3/4 board: This includes a rich breakfast buffet in the morning, a small hearty snack or a piece of cake in the afternoon and a 4-course menu in the evening.
- Restaurant "Alte Stube": Our à la carte restaurant "Alte Stube" is open daily from 12 noon to 21 pm and offers a selection of regional and seasonal dishes. The restaurant is also accessible to guests from outside the hotel.
- Spa Restaurant: You can also enjoy a bite to eat in the spa and wellness area. The menus are available in the spa and you can conveniently order your food over the phone.
Vegetarians will also find something to suit them here. Let us know in advance if you have booked our half board. Our kitchen will then be happy to prepare a vegetarian menu for you.
From easy to digest, sweet, to vegetarian, to strong and hearty. Plus fruit, vegetables and coffee. Of course, we also offer lactose- or gluten-free options.
You are welcome to come to us for lunch. Our kitchen serves hot meals every day from 12pm to 21pm.
Our à la carte restaurant “Alte Stube” is open daily from 12 noon to 21 pm with hot meals available throughout the day.
