Team Leader Reception (m/f/d)

  • Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival, stay and departure

  • Management of the early and late shifts including duty management

  • Link for guests, departments and management

  • Close cooperation with management

  • Leading the reception team at eye level

  • Carrying out check-in and check-out

  • Processing reservations and room allocation

  • Control of room occupancy and active utilization optimization

  • Processing of guest correspondence and individual inquiries

  • Formulating texts for offers and booking confirmations

  • Taking over concierge tasks (table reservations, excursion tips, etc.)

  • Responsibility for the hotel cash register and daily accounts

  • Organization of duty and vacation planning in the reception area

  • Conducting departmental and employee training

  • Control of invoices, guest data maintenance and dunning

  • Implementation and further development of reception standards

  • Complaints management with sensitivity

  • Accompanying VIP guests to their rooms including instruction on room functions

  • Participation in the organization of conferences and seminars

  • Ensuring order, cleanliness and structure in the front and back office

  • Use of Protel/Protel Air, Straiv, Hotelnetsolution and MS Office

  • Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification

  • Professional experience in the reception area of ​​a hotel

  • Initial leadership experience or team responsibility is an advantage

  • Distinctive hosting qualities and service orientation

  • High degree of organizational skills and personal responsibility

  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with guests

  • German spoken and written as well as English skills at level B1

  • Proficient use of hotel software and common office applications

  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays

  • Team spirit, reliability and resilience

  • Enjoyment of further training and personal development
